Family Case Management

This is a core service of S.A.F.E.

Every family who comes to S.A.F.E. for services is unique, with different issues, problems and more importantly, strengths.

Family case management helps each family to identify those issues, problems and strengths.

Together the family and the Family Care Coordinator design a plan with goals and objectives for each individual family member to work on. That plan is designed to assist in remediating the issues and build upon the identified strengths of each family member with the ultimate goal of building family stability.
